Terms of Service
1. Overview of the Service
TimeloopHR is a cross-platform desktop monitoring application that tracks and reports user activity, including online/offline status, active applications, tab usage, and time spent on each task. It is designed to support productivity management and, optionally, employee monitoring for authorized organizations. Future modules may include human resources tools such as leave management, attendance tracking, and employee performance reporting.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental or guardian consent. By using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. Corporate users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws regarding employee monitoring, privacy, and data protection in their jurisdiction.
3. User Responsibilities
• Use the Service only for lawful and authorized purposes.
• Ensure the privacy rights of any individuals tracked by the software are respected, including obtaining necessary consents.
• Maintain the security of your login credentials and restrict access to your account.
• Do not use the Service for any form of harassment, surveillance without consent, or other unlawful activity.
• Do not reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Do not introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code into the Service.
4. Account and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we suspect any misuse, illegal activity, or breach of these Terms.
5. Data Ownership and Rights
All activity data collected through the Service belongs to the account holder. However, by using the Service, you grant TimeloopHR a limited license to process, analyze, and use the data for the sole purpose of providing the Service functionalities. TimeloopHR does not sell or commercialize your data in any form.
6. Updates and Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the “Effective Date” and notify users via the Service or email. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TimeloopHR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, data loss, corruption, unauthorized access, hardware failure or legal consequences from misuse.

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time. TimeloopHR reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service with or without notice if you violate these Terms or misuse the system.
